90-minute long line at JR EAST Travel Service Center at Narita Airport to obtain Japan Rail Pass
One of our staff was passing by JR EAST Travel Service Center at Narita Airport on April 5th and saw a long line there. There is a sign that says you have to wait 90 minutes!
Most of people there were foreign tourists who want to get Japan Rail Pass by presenting their exchange orders. If you choose Japan Rail Pass, you have to expect long lines at JR Ticket Service Center at airports. After long flights, hassling with heavy luggages and immigration, you end up waiting 90 minutes to get a pass. We believe this is not a good experience...
