Out agents purchase your tickets. Please note that Shinkansen tickets can only be purchased one month prior to departure (it is a regulation by Japan Railway). We will purchase your tickets as soon as we can.
Your valuable tickets will be shipped out via express mail service by Japan Postal Service. Tracking number will be provided upon your request. It will take about 1 to 2 days for delivery within Japan. If you choose international shipping with additional fee, it usually takes 3 days to 10 days to be delivered to countries outside Japan (varies by country and regions).
Your Hotel: Please provide us with the hotel name, the first and last names of reservation and your check-in date for delivery. When you check in to your hotel, ask the receptionist for a package from "Shinkansen Ticket."
Your Airbnb location: We are happy to send your tickets to an Airbnb location. Please make sure your host allows you to receive postal mails, as some do NOT allow. If you have permission from your host to use mailbox of your location, then please provide us with the full address including your room number and the name of the host (resident).
Your home country address (additional fee required): You can choose to have your tickets to be delivered to your home address in your country.
It usually takes 3 days to 10 days to be delivered to countries outside Japan (varies by country and regions).
Pick-up at Post office located next to Tokyo station: As many customers begin their Shinkansen journey from Tokyo station, we have prepared an option of receiving tickets at Tokyo Central Post Office, which is located right in front of Tokyo station (open 24hrs 365days). This option is convenient for those who do not stay at a hotel in Tokyo or those who make a ticket order at the last minute to pick up their tickets safely* and conveniently.
*You will be asked to present your ID in order to collect your tickets.
Pick up at our office in Meguro: You can pick-up your tickets at our office in Meguro (Tokyo) from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays. The office is close from Meguro station (JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, Toei Mita Line, and Tokyu Meguro Line). Visit "About Us" page for the address and map >.
