Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen Partially Cancelled on August 30th

Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 10 (Shanshan) to Japan, JR Central has announced the cancellation of all trains between Mishima and Nagoya on August 30th.

The Kodama train will temporarily be operated between the stations below, with a few trains per hour in each direction:

The Sanyo Shinkansen will also implement a "planned suspension" between Hiroshima and Hakata stations from the first train of the day until around 10:00 AM on August 30th.
