How to Pick Up Tickets Using QR Code - EX
You will need both the QR code and a 4-digit PIN number to collect your tickets.
The tickets can be issued from the ticket vending machines located at major JR stations.
Once you arrive at the Shinkansen station, look for a ticket vending machine with the logo 
.
Usually, you can find these vending machines near the Shinkansen ticket gate.
Please follow the steps below to collect your tickets.
1. Select [Pick up tickets] button. You may need to press the [ENGLISH] button located at the top of the screen first.
2. Select 'By pick-up code'.
3. Scan your QR code.
If the QR code does not work for any reason, please enter the pickup code (as shown in your confirmation email from us) to receive your tickets.
4. Enter 4-digit PIN number and press [Confirm] button.
5. Your reserved train information will be shown. Press [Print] button located at the bottom of the screen, and the ticket will be printed.
