Item Pickup at the Airport

At Japan's major airports, our designated JAL ABC counters await your arrival to retrieve your ordered items.
Upon your arrival, simply proceed to the specified pickup location to collect your items seamlessly.

This service is available only to customers who selected an airport pickup location when placing their order.
It is required that the pickup date and location were specified at the time of the order.

*We currently do not offer pickup services at Chubu Centrair Airport  

Order and Pickup Scheduling Rules

  • You can select a travel date at least five days away.
  • You can select an airport pickup date at least three days away.
  • All items in our collection are eligible for ordering.

How to Pick Up Your Items

  1. After Your Flight Arrives:
    Proceed directly to the counter you selected when placing your order. Please look for the JAL ABC counter with the logo below at the specified locations:

  2. Show Your Item Pickup Voucher:
    Present the Item Pickup Voucher to the staff at the counter. This voucher is sent to you via email upon order completion.

  3. Receive Your Items:
    The staff will verify your reservation details and hand over your items.

In Case of Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed, there's no need to contact us, as the counter staff will have access to the updated flight information.
Simply proceed to the counter upon your arrival. Your items will be held for up to two days after the scheduled pickup date.
