How To Get To Tokyo Central Post Office / How To Pick Up Tickets

As many customers begin their Shinkansen journey from Tokyo station, we have an option of receiving tickets at Tokyo Central Post Office, which is located right in front of Tokyo station.

Business Hours: 9:00 to 21:00 weekdays / 9:00 to 18:00 weekends & holidays

Please visit Tokyo Central Post Office official page to check the latest information.

This option will make it easier for those who do not stay at a hotel in Tokyo or those who make a ticket order at the last minute, to pick up their tickets safely and conveniently.

Access from JR Tokyo Station

Get out the Tokyo Station from "Marunouchi South Exit" ticket gate, and go straight forward till you get outside the building.

Cross the street on your left and you will see the main entrance of the building (less than 1 minute walk from the station).
The name of the building is JP Tower / KITTE, and Tokyo Central Post Office is located on the ground level inside this building.
