About your QR Voucher
After purchase, you received a QR Voucher by email.
Step 1 — Find the right ticket machine
Look for a ticket machine with the e5489 logo at your boarding station. Only these machines can read your QR code.
Step 2 — Get your tickets
Tap the language button at the top of the screen.
Tickets are printed in Japanese or English, depending on the language you select.

Tap "Read QR code" at the bottom center of the screen.
Hold the QR code from your voucher over the camera reader at the bottom right of the machine. A phone screen works fine — just turn the brightness up.

Select "Paid", then enter the full 11-digit number shown on the QR code in your voucher.
This is the number printed on your voucher — not your own phone number.
Tap "Issue". Your paper tickets print — tickets for the whole group come out together.

Step 3 — Board your train
Insert your ticket(s) into the ticket gate. If you have two tickets, insert both at the same time.
Take your tickets back after passing through — you'll need them to exit at your arrival station.
