新的特快列车“富士回遊”（日语：富士回遊）从东京新宿站开往河口湖站（富士山）。
由JR东日本和富士急行运营的富士远征号列车于2019年3月16日开始运营。
乘坐这趟新型特快列车，无需换乘即可直达富士山，而且全程不到2小时。
之前新宿到河口湖之间有成田特快列车，但只在特定日期运行。
富士山观光列车每天运行，平日每天 2 趟列车，周末/节假日每天 3 趟列车。
