截至今天（1月24日）清晨，修复工作已顺利完成，三条新干线线路均已恢复正常运营，首班列车已发车。
据信，此次停电的原因与新干线列车进入有悬挂电线的区域，检测到异常情况并引发停电有关。
然而，具体细节仍不清楚，调查仍在进行中，以查明事件真相。
对于已预订此次暂停运营的新干线列车车票而无法乘车的乘客，您可以在 JR 车站柜台直接办理退款（自原定旅行日期起一年内）。
