由于7号台风逼近，JR东海决定于15日暂停东海道新干线名古屋站至新大阪站之间的所有服务。此外，JR西日本也将于同日暂停山阳新干线新大阪站至冈山站之间的所有服务。

JR提供了以下有关车票处理的信息：
- 受台风影响，购买了以下日期新干线车票并决定取消行程的乘客将有资格获得全额退款，无需支付取消费用。
- 自原定旅行日期起一年内，可在日本境内的JR车站售票柜台办理退款。
- 目前车站秩序混乱，无需在车票上打印的旅行时间之前前往售票柜台。
