座位号 （如果知道）
登车和下车站
丢失物品的描述 (颜色、尺寸等)
忘记座位号了？没问题！

2. 如何处理遗失物品
清洁人员在最后一站收集物品（最常见）。
如果其他乘客捡到，列车员会将其收缴。
在JR失物招领中心存放了约1周。
如果无人认领，则移交给警方（再存放 6 个月）。
如无人认领，则予以处置。

3. 无法自取？那就安排送货上门吧！
如果您无法返回车站， JR 可以在日本境内寄送您丢失的物品（货到付款）。
联系失物招领中心时，请提及“我希望寄送” 。
如果入住酒店，工作人员可以协助安排相关事宜。
