How Booking Works

  • 1Submit your group booking request. Requests are accepted from 5 months up to 50 days before your travel date.
  • 2We confirm seat availability with JR Tokai Tours and notify you. Placing a request does not guarantee availability, and no payment is required at this stage.
  • 3Your final passenger count must be confirmed, and full payment completed, no later than 40 days before your travel date.
  • 4Tickets are shipped from our office to the hotel address you provided, arriving approximately 7 days before your hotel check-in date.

Payment

  • Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account we provide.
  • If payment is not received by the 40-day deadline, seat allocation is not guaranteed and may be released.

Other Conditions

  • All passengers must travel on the same train and itinerary.
  • For larger groups, seating may be split across multiple cars, or in some cases multiple trains. Adjacent or same-car seating is not guaranteed.
  • One representative should be designated as the point of contact for the booking; all communication, including any changes to passenger count, should go through this person.
