Debido a la aproximación del tifón nº 10 (Shanshan) a Japón, JR Central ha anunciado la cancelación de todos los trenes entre Mishima y Nagoya el 30 de agosto.
El tren Kodama circulará temporalmente entre las estaciones que se indican a continuación, con unos pocos trenes por hora en cada dirección:
1) Tokio y Mishima
2) Nagoya y Shin-Osaka
El Sanyo Shinkansen también aplicará una "suspensión programada" entre las estaciones de Hiroshima y Hakata desde el primer tren del día hasta alrededor de las 10:00 horas del 30 de agosto.
Los trenes seguirán circulando entre las estaciones de Shin-Osaka e Hiroshima.
