如何處理遺失物品
遺失物品通常由JR清潔人員在終點站收集。或者，如果之後有其他乘客坐到您的座位上並發現了您遺失的物品，則由列車員處理。
遺失物品一旦被收集，就會被送往鐵路公司的失物招領中心並登記在系統中。因此，如果您遺失了物品，您應該聯絡鐵路公司的失物招領中心。
鐵路公司通常會保管失物約一週。如果一週後失主仍未認領，則會將失物移交給警方。警方保管六個月後，無人認領的失物將退回鐵路公司，最終進行處置。
如何查詢
例如，如果您乘坐東海道新幹線，該線路從東京到新大阪由JR東海運營，從新大阪到博多由JR西日本運營，由於“希望號”和“光號”列車同時由兩家公司運營，管轄範圍可能會比較複雜。在這種情況下，建議您分別聯絡兩家公司。如果您住在日本的飯店，可以請飯店人員協助您向JR查詢，這樣會更方便。
