由於7號颱風逼近，JR東海決定於15日暫停東海道新幹線名古屋站至新大阪站之間的所有服務。此外，JR西日本也將於同日暫停山陽新幹線新大阪站至岡山站之間的所有服務。

- 受颱風影響，購買了以下日期新幹線車票並決定取消行程的乘客將有資格獲得全額退款，無需支付取消費用。
- 自原定旅行日期起一年內，可於日本境內的JR車站售票櫃檯辦理退款。
- 目前車站秩序混亂，無需在車票上列印的旅行時間之前前往售票櫃檯。
