第一步：聯絡JR失物招領中心

座位號碼 （如果知道）
登車及下車站
遺失物品的描述 (顏色、尺寸等)
忘記座位號碼了？沒問題！

2. 如何處理遺失物品
清潔人員在最後一站收集物品（最常見）。
如果其他乘客撿到，列車員會將其收繳。
在JR失物招領中心存放了約1週。
如果無人認領，則移交給警方（再存放 6 個月）。
如無人認領，則予以處置。

3. 無法自取？那就安排送貨上門吧！
如果您無法返回車站， JR 可以在日本境內寄送您遺失的物品（貨到付款）。
聯絡失物招領中心時，請提及「我希望寄送」 。
若入住飯店，工作人員可以協助安排相關事宜。
