  • 內外清潔：工作人員清潔車廂，擦拭窗戶，甚至用吸塵器清潔座椅，確保乘客早上享受一塵不染的旅程。

  • 科技賦能：感測器能夠偵測出細微的磨損跡象，防患於未然。這是人工關懷與智慧科技的完美結合。

  • 定期進行深度檢查：有些列車會停駛幾天進行更詳細的維護－可以把它看作是「列車健康檢查」。

通宵工作

整個流程組織得井然有序。各團隊每晚只有幾個小時的時間來完成任務。此外，在清晨首班列車出發前，軌道也會被檢查、維修或根據需求進行調整。

這是一個精心編排的系統，數百位默默奉獻的無名英雄確保整個網路順暢運作。沒有他們，日本舉世聞名的列車準點率就無從談起。
