This guide explains how to use your affiliate links, earn commissions, and receive payouts.
You can access the following affiliate links from your affiliate dashboard:
- Homepage affiliate links on your Dashboard
- Route-specific affiliate links under "Product links"
- Custom affiliate links under "Custom links"

Getting Started
Step 1: Choose Your Affiliate Link
There are three types of affiliate links available.
Homepage Link
A general link to our website homepage.
You can find this link on your Dashboard.
Best for:
- General promotion
- Social media posts
- Travel resource pages
Product Links
Direct links to specific ticket pages and routes.
You can find these links under "Product links".
Examples:
- Tokyo to Nagano Shinkansen tickets
- Tokyo to Kyoto Shinkansen tickets
Best for:
- Route-specific recommendations
- Hotel websites
- Travel blogs
Custom Links
Create affiliate links to any page on our website.
You can create these links under "Custom links".
Best for:
- Destination-specific content
- Campaign pages
- Customized customer guidance
Step 2: Use Your Affiliate Link
Share or use your affiliate links according to your business model.
Examples include:
- Social media posts
- Blogs and websites
- Hotel guest emails
- Travel information pages
- Customer support communications
- Travel agency booking operations
When an order is placed through your affiliate link, it will automatically be tracked as your referral.
Step 3: Earn Commission
After the scheduled travel date has passed, orders are reviewed during the following month.
Once approved:
- Commission is added to your payout balance
- Payment status can be viewed in the Payouts section
- Approved commissions are paid via PayPal once your payout balance reaches ¥10,000
Before receiving payouts:
- Please create a PayPal account if you do not already have one
- Register your PayPal email address in the Payouts sections of your affiliate dashboard
- You can access the Payouts section by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard
Please note:
- Affiliates earn ¥1,000 for each eligible first-time customer referral
- Commissions are calculated per customer, not per ticket, passenger, or booking item
- Orders are reviewed during the month following the scheduled travel date
- Cancelled or refunded orders may not qualify for commission

Commission & Payouts
Commission Policy
Affiliates earn a commission of ¥1,000 for each new customer referred through their affiliate link.
A commission is awarded only for the customer's first eligible order. Additional orders placed by the same customer are not eligible for additional affiliate commission.
Commission Approval
Orders are reviewed during the month following the scheduled travel date.
Approved commissions will be added to your payout balance after review.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise deemed ineligible may not qualify for commission.
Payout Information
- The minimum payout amount is ¥10,000.
- Approved commissions are added to your payout balance.
- Payouts are processed once your approved balance reaches ¥10,000.
- Balances below ¥10,000 automatically roll over to the next payout period.
You can view your commission balance and payout status in the Payouts section of your affiliate dashboard.
