Ticket Delivery

You can choose the following options for receiving tickets:

  • Delivery to your hotel in Japan
  • Delivery to your home address in your country
  • Delivery to Tokyo Central Post Office (open 24hours) located next to Tokyo station
  • Pick-up at our office in Meguro, Tokyo

 

Delivery to your hotel in Japan

We will deliver your tickets to your hotel prior to your check in.

Here is how you receive your tickets:

  • After we confirm your order and payment, we get tickets for you.
  • We deliver your tickets to your hotel with your reservation name
  • When you check in at your hotel, you will receive tickets from a receptionist or concierge
In order to deliver your tickets surely, we need the following information:
  • Your hotel name
  • Full name of your hotel reservation
  • Your check-in date

Delivery to your home address in your country

 (additional fee is required for this option)

You can choose to have your tickets to be delivered to your home in your country.
It usually takes 3 days to 10 days to be delivered to countries outside Japan (varies by country and regions).

Delivery to Tokyo Central Post Office (open 24hours) located next to Tokyo station

This option will make it easier for those who do not stay at a hotel in Tokyo or those who make a ticket order at the last minute.

You can collect your tickets at Tokyo Central Post Office, which is located right in front of Tokyo station (open 24hrs 365days).

Pick-up at our office

You can pick-up your tickets at our Meguro office in Tokyo from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

 Meguro office is close from Meguro station, JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, Toei Mita Line, and Tokyu Meguro Line.

Seat guide

Shinkansen seats are available in four levels depending on the comfort and services your require.

Ordinary Seat

Regular seats used on Reserved cars and Unreserved cars of Shinkansen. Consider it as "economy class" seat.

Green Seat

Better seats with more space than ordinary seats. All Green Seats are reserved only. Consider it as "business class" seats.

Reserved Seat (Ordinary Reserved Seat)

Your seat is reserved and secured when you book your tickets. Head to the station with a peace of mind.
Seats are the same as Ordinary Seat.

Green Reserved Seat

Better seats and free blankets. Popular among Japanese business persons, executives and people who values comfortable travel. Consider it as "business class" seats.

GranClass Seat

Know as "First Class" of Shinkansen seats. Only available on Hokuriku and Tohoku Shinkansen lines. Gran Class seats comes with airline-like amenities and meals.The most expensive of all.

Unreserved Seat

You can take any open seats in unreserved cars of any train on the departure date. (No departure time will be indicated on your tickets.)
The best seat type if your priority is the cost and are traveling during less-crowded season/time.
